THE ENNEAGRAM PERSONALITY TYPING SYSTEM

The Enneagram is a rich, psychological typing system which is based on our motivations instead of our behaviors. Most typing instruments focus on WHAT we do and this can be very useful, however the Enneagram goes deeper to help us understand WHY we do what we do. The Enneagram is a wonderful tool for teambuilding and coaching as well as personal relationships. Used by the US Postal Service, The Secret Service and the FBI the Enneagram is excellent for improving team communication.
